How to Recover Deleted Files from Samsung Mobile Phones
Step 1: Connect your Samsung phone to the computer

3) Android 4.2 or newer: Go to "Settings" < "About Phone" < click "Build number" for several times until you get the note that "You are under developer mode" < Back to "Settings" < Click "Developer options" < "USB debugging"
Step 3: Analyze and scan your lost data from Samsung
When your device is connected and detected by the program, you need to click "Start" button in the screen below to start analyzing it. Please ensure that your phone battery is more than 20% charged, so that you can get a smooth scan.
Then, witch to your phone's homescreen. Click "Allow" to allow the program scan your phone for lost photos, videos, messages and contacts on it.
Note: For some devices, they may ask you to click "Allow" button more than one time on your device's homescreen. It's normal. Just do it if it askes. Then click "Start" button to scan your phone.
Step 4: Preview and restore contacts, pictures, SMS and videos from Samsung
When the scan is over, you allow to preview all data found on your Samsung, including messages, contacts and pictures. For videos, you can watch them on your computer after you recover them. Mark those data you want to recover by clicking "Recover" button to save them selectively.
Note: For safety's sake, don't save the recovered files on your Samsung phone again. You had better choose another place like on your computer or other external disk.
